The Capital Plan

The Park Vista 2035 Capital Plan turns identified, thoughtfully developed needs and priorities into a practical roadmap for action. Thoughtfully developed using project estimates, priorities, and realistic timelines, the plan coordinates investments over six years, matching the pace of spending with the pace at which the work can responsibly be completed.
